Um….yuck. I was expecting something akin to animal crackers. Not even close. Aside from that expectation the cookies are just yucky.
The cookies are very hard. VERY hard, as in they don’t even get gummy when you chew them, they just shatter into crumbly hard bits. They have a very strong vanilla flavor.
I will not purchase these cookies again.
FYI – the picture of the cookies on the Kinnikinnick website shows them to be a nice golden brown color like regular animal crackers. In real life they are not golden brown, but are instead very white.

I thought these animal cookies were great! Might be a little too sweet for some however.
