Tinkyada pasta saved me from despair. Husband and I have always been big pasta fans, and nothing beats it for a fast and easy and really tasty meal. When I was first diagnosed I was very sad about having to leave pasta behind. Of course we quickly discovered a range of GF pastas available. We tried quite a few (DeBole’s, Pastariso etc) but none were good enough. A lot of GF pastas get really gummy if they are even slightly overcooked. Then we found Tinkyada.
It is impossible to overcook this pasta, so there is no worry about getting the exact timing right. It is very forgiving and always holds up well. I think it tastes as good as any regular dried non-GF pasta.
And the variety! They offer 18 different kinds of pasta including spaghetti, fettucini, fusilli, small shells, large shells, lasagna, spirals, elbows and penne.
